​2026 Champion Summer Camp Registration & Refund Policy

1. Registration Policy

• Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• A completed registration form and full payment are required to reserve a spot.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received.
• Spaces are limited to maintain small class sizes and quality instruction.
• Champion reserves the right to cancel or combine camps due to low enrollment.

2. Payment Policy

• Full tuition is due at the time of registration.
• Payment secures the student’s placement in the selected camp week(s).
• Unpaid registrations are not guaranteed.

3. Refund Policy
Because camps require staffing, materials, and scheduling commitments, refunds follow the timeline below:

• More than 30 days before camp start:     Full refund
• 14–30 days before camp start:   50% refund
• Less than 14 days before camp start:   No refund
• After camp begins:   No refunds or credits for absences, illness, or early withdrawal

4. Transfer Policy

• Camp week transfers may be requested at least 14 days in advance, based on availability.
• Transfers are not guaranteed and depend on open spots.

5. Cancellation by Champion
If Champion cancels a camp session:

• Families will receive a full refund, or
• The option to transfer to another available week

6. Attendance & Make-Ups

• Camps operate on a weekly structure; regular attendance is encouraged for the best experience.
• If a student misses a day, families may request a make-up session based on availability.
• Make-ups must be scheduled in advance and completed within the same summer season.
• ​No refunds will be issued for missed days; make-ups are offered as a courtesy.

7. Medical or Emergency Exceptions
In the case of documented medical emergencies:

• Credit may be issued at the discretion of administration
• Documentation may be required

8. Behavior & Safety
Champion maintains a safe, respectful learning environment.

• Students must follow camp rules and staff directions
• Repeated unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in dismissal
• No refund will be issued for dismissal due to behavior
