APPLICATION FORM

● Requirements

Be able to work with children of all ages, as well as maintain awareness of their safety at all times
Communicate clearly with Champion staffs and campers' parents
Receive and follow instructions from Champion staffs
Work up to 20 hours weekly
Must demonstrate excellent leadership skills (Responsibility, Patience, Understanding, and Disciplined).

NOTE

All candidates will be notified by May 30th of the status of their application.
Successful applicants must take the training workshop on June.
