Build & Code
Use LEGO SPIKE technology to explore motors, sensors, movement, autonomous programming, and robot attachments.
Build a robot. Explore living systems. Create a solution that matters. Students learn to design, code, research, test, and present as one competition team.
REGISTER FOR FLL →FIRST LEGO League brings together robotics, coding, science, engineering design, research, innovation, communication, and teamwork. Students work through a season-long process — not simply to build a robot, but to investigate a real question and develop a solution they can explain with confidence.
Students can enter as beginners. Different strengths — building, programming, research, design, strategy, and presenting — all matter on a strong FLL team.
Use LEGO SPIKE technology to explore motors, sensors, movement, autonomous programming, and robot attachments.
Analyze missions, identify problems, collect feedback, and refine robot performance through repeated testing.
Investigate biodiversity and living systems, then develop an Innovation Project around a meaningful real-world challenge.
Practice Core Values, mission strategy, technical explanation, teamwork, and clear presentation for judges and audiences.
Team roles, Core Values, SPIKE orientation, basic movement and sensors.
Biodiversity research, real-world questions, and Innovation Project discovery.
Mission analysis, attachments, autonomous programs, and data-based improvement.
Solution development, research refinement, and presentation preparation.
Timed robot runs, judging practice, strategy, teamwork, and rehearsal.
Coach Gabato brings together science education, LEGO robotics, coding, engineering design, environmental learning, and student-centered competition preparation. His approach helps students build the habits that make strong teams: curiosity, thoughtful testing, resilience, communication, and productive revision.
FLL is suited to students who are curious about robotics, coding, science, design, research, strategy, or presenting ideas. Beginners are welcome; each student can grow into a meaningful team role.
