Week 2 (6/23-6/27)
Digital Painting Mastery: This immersive camp provides students with the tools and techniques to master digital painting, allowing them to create stunning artworks using digital tools. Through hands-on practice and expert guidance, students will learn fundamental digital painting techniques, including color theory, brushwork, and composition.
Podcast Creators (Find Your Voice): In this interactive and hands-on camp, students will learn how to craft, record, and produce their very own podcasts. From storytelling and interview techniques to editing and sound design, participants will explore the art of podcasting as a creative outlet and a platform for their unique ideas. By the end of the camp, students will create and present their own podcast episodes, gaining confidence in communication and technical skills.
Week 4 (7/7 - 7/11)
YouTube Creator Bootcamp: This camp empowers students to become confident and creative YouTube content creators. Through hands-on activities, participants will learn the fundamentals of video production, including planning, scripting, recording, editing, and publishing content on YouTube.
Comics & Graphic Novel Creators (Telling Stories Through Art): Dive into the exciting world of comics and graphic novels in this immersive camp! Students will explore the fundamentals of visual storytelling, including character design, story structure, and panel composition. Week 5 (7/14 - 7/18)
Painting/Drawing for Competition Preparation: This course is designed for middle school students to develop skills in drawing and painting specifically for art competitions. Students will strengthen their techniques in composition and creative expression while building a strong portfolio of competition-ready work.
Academic and Skill Building:These summer courses are designed for middle school students to preview and prepare for the upcoming school year's elective subjects. Under teacher guidance, students can build a strong foundation by selecting one elective course across five half-day sessions. Each enrollment includes a full-year courseware subscription. Students gain confidence and start the new semester ahead of the curve.
Week 6 (7/21 -7/25)
Graphic Design Essentials: This camp introduces students to the fundamentals of graphic design, empowering them to create visually compelling designs using digital tools. Participants will learn design principles such as composition, color theory, typography, and branding. By the end of the week, students will have completed their own professional-looking design projects, including posters, logos, and social media graphics, building a solid foundation in graphic design.
Game Design and Development :This hands-on camp introduces students to the exciting world of game design and development. Participants will explore the basics of game mechanics, storytelling, and coding to create their own interactive games. Using beginner-friendly software, they will learn to design characters, develop levels, and bring their creative ideas to life. By the end of the camp, students will complete a playable game and present it to their peers, gaining confidence in digital creativity and problem-solving.
Week 8 (8/4 - 8/8)
Concept Art for Movies and Games: This camp introduces students to the fascinating world of concept art for movies and games, where creativity meets visual storytelling. Students will learn how to design characters, environments, and props while exploring industry-standard techniques and tools.
Next-Gen Content Creators: Writing for the Digital Age: This dynamic camp equips students with the skills and creativity to write and produce content for today’s digital platforms. From blogging and social media to newsletters and video scripts, students will learn how to craft engaging, relevant, and impactful content for online audiences.
