Class Description:
This class introduces young learners to the building blocks of reading through fun, phonics-based activities. Students practice letter–sound relationships, blending, segmenting, and simple decoding. It’s ideal for kindergarten and Grade 1 children who are just beginning their English reading journey.
About the instructor:
Ms. Victoria is a highly accomplished K–12 educator and academic leader with 15+ years of experience specializing in English Arts, literacy development, and elementary education. With training from Hampton University and executive-level studies through Harvard Business School Online, she brings strong expertise in reading fluency, writing instruction, and culturally responsive teaching. Victoria has served as Academic Dean, team lead, and instructional coach—supporting teachers, elevating classroom instruction, and fostering meaningful academic growth for all students.
