Class Description:

This advanced enrichment course prepares students for the AMC 10 and other high-level competitions. The class emphasizes algebra, geometry, and number theory at a deeper level than regular school curriculum. Students work through challenging problems, learn contest strategies, and build the mathematical maturity needed for AIME-level goals.

About the Instructor:

Dr. Yi Li, Lead Data Scientist at MassMutual, holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from Northeastern University and a B.A. in Mathematics from Fudan University. A former first-place winner of the National Chinese High School Mathematics League and bronze medalist in the Chinese Mathematical Olympiad, he now shares his passion for math by coaching students for the AMC 8, focusing on algebra, geometry, number theory, and counting through problem-solving strategies and past exam practice.
