Class Description:
Elite exam preparation led by a PhD and AP Table Leader, combining deep content mastery with advanced AP scoring strategy. This focused small-group program strengthens historical analysis, DBQ and LEQ writing skills, and time-management techniques to help students perform with clarity, precision, and confidence on exam day.

Champion’s Top AP History Instructor. Dr. Bartee brings nearly 20 years of educational experience and earned his PhD from Virginia Tech in Intellectual History, Political Theory, and Humanities. Since 2017, he has served as an AP teacher, AP Reader (exam grader), and AP Table Leader, overseeing scoring teams and ensuring national grading standards are applied with accuracy and consistency.
With experience teaching middle school, high school, and college students, he is known for breaking down complex ideas into clear, manageable steps. Dr. Bartee combines rigorous academic expectations with patience and encouragement, helping students develop strong analytical skills, confidence, and exam-ready performance.
