About the Instructor:
Mr. Michael is an experienced AP English instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience, specializing in AP Language & Composition and college essay writing.
He holds a Master’s degree in Modern American Literature from Washington and Lee University and has received multiple honors, including the Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence and the Susan Scott Daly Excellence in Teaching Award.
Known for his thoughtful, student-centered approach and detailed, line-by-line feedback, Mr. Michael has helped many students gain admission to top universities such as Duke, Vanderbilt, Notre Dame, Georgia Tech, and UNC. He guides students to develop clear, authentic, and compelling writing for both AP success and college applications.
