Q: HERITAGE A CLASS OR B CLASS ?
To make the most of after school time, choosing the program/class that help children to develop new skills and to enhance child's strengths is the key. We have developed a more diverse curriculum to meet needs of students and parents - Traditional Mandarin Intensive (A) and Mandarin + Activities Classes (B). Each level (1 - 5 level) has A and B class, except for level 6. During registration, parents will be asked to enroll in A - Mandarin Intensive class or B - Mandarin + Math + Performing Art + English class. Here are some features of both classes by comparison:
SIMILARITIES
>> Language Foundation
Other than communicating in Mandarin, both A and B classes are also designed to build up solid language foundations to bridge Advanced Mandarin program, AP Mandarin courses and certificate tests.

>> Culture Enrichment
Both classes are allowed students to explore the authentic Chinese culture, classic literature, traditional arts and innovation.

>> Teaching Approaches
Teachers of both classes are highly qualified. They are especially good at differentiating students by their unique learning styles so as to engage them in the class.

DIFFERENCES
>> Mandarin Intensity
Mandarin A class curriculum is more intensive than B class as for developing Mandarin reading skills. But Mandarin B classes offer more enriching activities (featured with Math, Performing Arts and English).

>> Enriching Activities
Although Class B have more enriching activities in its curriculum setting, class A students can enjoy the same experience by enrolling in our after school elective courses (Art, Chess, STEM, Music @5:300 - 6:30 pm).

>> Learning Materials
Extra Mandarin learning materials (Heritage Chinese) will be utilized for better language learning outcomes for Class A students, additionally, Math and English workbooks with appropriately challenging levels will be used to improve Class B students' academic performance.
