MAKE-UP POLICY & CLASS CREDIT
- We strongly encourage students to schedule a make-up class with their teacher first to ensure continuity in training.
- Whenever possible, students should attend a make-up session in the same teacher’s class to maintain consistency in learning.
- If a make-up class cannot be scheduled, students should request a credit memo for future use.
- One class credit per quarter is allowed if a make-up class cannot be arranged.
- A maximum of 4 memo credits per year is allowed for students enrolled in all four quarters. Students enrolled in three quarters may earn up to 3 credits, those enrolled in two quarters may earn up to 2 credits, and those enrolled in a single quarter may earn 1 credit.
- Once the 4-credit limit is reached, additional absences will not be credited for any reason.
- No credit memos will be issued for missed Portfolio classes since this program already includes 3 free studio hours per week for students.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
- If classes are canceled due to inclement weather or unexpected circumstances, parents will be notified via phone, email, and WeChat.
- Make-up classes will not be scheduled, but a credit for the missed class will be applied to the student's account.
