Adult Art - Watercolor

Mr. Jim is a skilled watercolor artist who explores his unique style between traditional and modern approaches. He studied art education and watercolor painting at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts and Tufts University. This course is suitable for adults of all painting levels. The instructor will cover supplies and materials for watercolor painting, including brushes, paper, pigments, and mixing. Additionally, he will teach various application techniques, painting preparation and planning, as well as sketching. Students will learn about composition, painting elements, color theory, color usage, perspective, and light and shadow. Upon completion of the course, students will have a deep understanding and practical knowledge of watercolor painting.
